As part of our Medical Home initiative, we are dedicated to maintaining the health of our diabetic patients. We strongly recommend yearly eye exams and foot exams. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) advises annual eye exams as a screening tool for retinopathy. If you are due for an eye exam, please ask your provider for information on local ophthalmologists.
